Joan and I had seen Ilhan from the Cabin restaurant at the Saturday market, buying fish for the restaurant. We said that looks glorious and cooked over your charcoal stove would taste really superb. He said OK I will buy enough for you guys as well so we agreed to eat there Tuesday evening.

We had a whole big plate of whitbait between us as a starter followed by what we think was two large sea bass, grilled, filleted and served with just a small plate of fried potatoes and a salad.these were washed down with a bottle of white and the whole came to only £49.00. More than we would normally pay for an evening meal, but seafood is expensive anywhere in the world, so at the end of the day we went home suitably full and contented.
